ดูการ์ตูนไม่ใช่เรื่องเล่น ๆ แต่เป็นพื้นที่เยียวยาหัวใจที่ใครก็เข้าถึงได้
บางคนอาจมองว่าการ ดูการ์ตูน (https://animeruka.net/) คือเรื่องของเด็ก ๆ แต่เอาจริง ๆ แล้วนะ อย่างที่ animeruka มันเป็นกิจกรรมที่ช่วยเยียวยาหัวใจได้ดีไม่แพ้การนั่งสมาธิเลย การ์ตูนมันไม่ได้มีแค่เรื่องไร้สาระหรือมุขตลกแบบขำแห้ง แต่หลายเรื่องมันสะท้อนชีวิตคนจริง ๆ แบบลึกซึ้งจนเราเผลอคิดตามแบบไม่รู้ตัว เหมือนพอเราดูเข้าไปลึก ๆ แล้วก็พบว่าบางฉากมันทำให้เราน้ำตาซึม บางตอนก็ทำให้เรามีแรงฮึดขึ้นมาสู้กับชีวิตต่อเฉยเลย ทั้งที่แค่เปิดดูเล่น ๆ เพราะเบื่อ ๆ แต่จบเรื่องแล้วใจมันเหมือนได้ชาร์จแบต อย่างอีกอย่างที่ชอบมากคือมันพาเราหนีออกจากความเครียดได้แบบเนียน ๆ ไม่ต้องใช้ความพยายามเลย แค่กดเข้าไปดู ตอนแรกก็อาจจะตั้งใจดูแค่ 5 นาที แต่เอาเข้าจริงกลายเป็นดูไปชั่วโมงกว่าเพราะมันเพลิน มันสนุก มันหลุดโลกไปอีกใบเลย บางเรื่องมันก็แฟนตาซีจนลืมไปเลยว่าเรานั่งอยู่ในห้องแคบ ๆ หรือกำลังเครียดกับงานอยู่ เราเหมือนลอยเข้าไปในโลกของตัวละคร ไปใช้ชีวิตแทนเขา ไปเจออุปสรรคแทนเขา แล้วก็แอบเก็บแรงบันดาลใจกลับมาใช้กับชีวิตเราเองแบบไม่รู้ตัว อีกอย่างคือ การ์ตูนบางเรื่องมันมีบทสนทนาหรือข้อคิดที่ฟังแล้วสะกิดใจมาก คือฟังแล้วแบบ... เออว่ะ มันจริง มันเหมือนเอาคำพูดธรรมดา ๆ มาวางไว้ให้เราฉุกคิด เหมือนเป็นคำพูดที่เราควรได้ยินในเวลาที่เราต้องการมันพอดีเลย แล้วมันก็ไม่ได้ใส่มาแบบยัดเยียดนะ แต่มันค่อย ๆ ซึม ค่อย ๆ เข้าไปในหัวใจเราแบบเงียบ ๆ แล้ววันหนึ่งก็อาจกลายเป็นประโยคที่เราหยิบมาใช้เป็นกำลังใจให้ตัวเอง
ส่วนตัวรู้สึกว่าการดูการ์ตูนมันเป็นพื้นที่ปลอดภัยอย่างหนึ่งเลยนะ มันไม่มีใครมาตัดสินว่าเราจะดูเรื่องนี้ทำไม จะหัวเราะดังแค่ไหน จะร้องไห้กับฉากที่คนอื่นอาจจะมองว่าไม่เห็นต้องเศร้าเลย มันเป็นเวลาที่เราได้อยู่กับตัวเองโดยไม่ต้องแสดงออกอะไรให้ใครเห็น และไม่ต้องพยายามเป็นอะไรเลยนอกจากเป็นคนที่ดูการ์ตูนอยู่ตรงนั้น การดูการ์ตูนมันยังเหมือนเป็นตัวเชื่อมที่ทำให้เราคุยกับคนอื่นง่ายขึ้นด้วยนะ โดยเฉพาะถ้าเจอคนที่ชอบเรื่องเดียวกัน มันจะคุยกันได้ยาวแบบไม่มีเบื่อ แลกเปลี่ยนกันว่าแต่ละคนชอบฉากไหน ตัวละครไหน ทำไมถึงอิน มันเหมือนเป็นภาษาเฉพาะกลุ่มที่เราใช้คุยกันแล้วเข้าใจกันทันที ไม่ต้องอธิบายเยอะ แล้วมันก็สร้างมิตรภาพได้จริง ๆ นะ จากเรื่องเล็ก ๆ อย่างแค่การ์ตูนเรื่องเดียว แล้วถ้าพูดถึงเรื่องการเรียนรู้ การ์ตูนก็มีบทบาทเหมือนกัน หลายเรื่องแฝงความรู้ไว้เยอะมาก ไม่ว่าจะเป็นประวัติศาสตร์ วิทยาศาสตร์ หรือแม้แต่จิตวิทยา มันอาจจะไม่ได้จริงจังเหมือนหนังสารคดี แต่เพราะมันเล่าแบบสนุก คนดูเลยจำได้ง่ายกว่า เหมือนเราเรียนรู้แบบไม่รู้ตัว และบางทีเด็ก ๆ ที่ดูการ์ตูนก็ซึมซับความรู้พวกนี้ไปใช้ได้มากกว่าที่คิดอีก การดูการ์ตูนมันคือการให้เวลากับตัวเองนะ เวลาที่เราไม่ได้ต้องตอบใคร ไม่ต้องพยายามเป็นคนเก่ง เป็นคนเก๋า หรือเป็นคนที่ต้องทำอะไรให้ดีตลอดเวลา แค่ได้หย่อนใจ ปล่อยใจตามเรื่องราว มันก็เพียงพอแล้วที่จะทำให้วันธรรมดา ๆ กลายเป็นวันที่เบาลงและยิ้มได้ง่ายขึ้นกว่าเดิมเยอะเลย
