Tuning my daily under warranty – am I being stupid or is it worth the risk?

I've got a 2021 Veloster N with about two years of factory warranty left, and I'm really tempted to get a proper calibration done because the car feels a little lazy in the midrange. But every time I bring it up on local forums, half the people say "just enjoy it stock until the warranty expires" and the other half say "these engines are bulletproof, go for it." I'm not planning anything crazy, just a conservative map that cleans up the throttle response and adds maybe 30 horsepower. The problem is I keep reading stories about dealers scanning ECUs and flagging TD1 codes even if you flash back to stock. A tuner I spoke to mentioned they can work around some of that but honestly I'm not sure I fully trust the explanation. I found http://dynostarworkshop.com/ while looking for someone who does a lot of Hyundai work, and they seemed pretty straightforward about the risks on the phone. Has anyone here actually lost a warranty claim because of a tune in Dubai specifically? I know in the US it's a whole legal thing, but I'm not sure how strict our local dealers are. Would love to hear from someone who went through it, good or bad, before I decide.https://dynostarworkshop.com/
