An Epiphytic cactus is a cactus that can grow on trees or other surfaces without being planted in the ground. The plants pull water and nutrients from the surroundings and depend on trees primarily for support. The Epiphytic cactus grew in a ,more humid environment than desert cacti, and as a result it prefers indirect light and a little more moisture, which makes it great for growing indoors.
